Founded in 1997 as Care More Rehabilitation, Integra began in Dalton, Georgia with 25 associates providing quality rehabilitation for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Language Pathology in three facilities.  Today, Integra Rehabilitation has over 60 site locations throughout Georgia employing more than 300 associates statewide.
