Celebrate Success Program.
Our associates use our Functional Outcome Scale (FOS) to rate a patient’s functional ability during their Rehabilitation services. We believe positive functional outcomes are critical to patient satisfaction and assist us to continually enhance our service delivery.
Outcome graphs are developed on patients enlisted in our Celebrate Success Program. Upon discharge from Rehabilitation services, these outcomes may be used to communicate successes to their primary physicians / case managers and families.
