LeAP: Leadership Advancement Program
This program consists of an Administrative Model and Clinical Model. Advancement in either model allows an associate the opportunity to further their professional standing and level of expertise.
Clinical Mentor Program
This program encourages therapists and therapy assistants with advanced clinical knowledge and strengths to “share” their expertise. The educational training and support to other Integra associates enhances opportunities for clinical and documentation growth.
Educational Assistance Program
Associates are encouraged to continue their education and training after employment. Integra proudly supports associates towards advancing their clinical knowledge and maintaining state PT, PTA, OT, OTA, and SLP license required continuing education hours.
