Integra Rehabilitation has long been an advocate of each associate’s interest to explore both personal and professional growth. We believe that an associate’s growth will ultimately have a positive impact on our patients, the organization and the community. Ask us about our programs:
Clinical Mentor Program
This program encourages therapists and therapy assistants with advanced clinical knowledge and strengths to “share” their expertise. The educational training and support to other Integra associates enhances opportunities for clinical and documentation growth.
Educational Assistance Program
Associates are encouraged to continue their education and training after employment. Integra proudly supports associates towards advancing their clinical knowledge and maintaining state PT, PTA, OT, OTA, and SLP license required continuing education hours.
